Relatively rarer to eat in Hong Kong, with barely around 3 shops serving one irregularly. Even at this NEW 🆕 shop, we actually came back to book the 2nd time to ensure a batch. The #きんかん part was super fresh this batch, the overall skewer seasoned/cooked surprisingly well. Apparently one of the lady owners studied & worked quite a few years in Japan 🇯🇵. A Yakitori opening which surprised on the upside, using mostly Japanese Kagoshima satsuma chicken, but fresher parts necessarily for daily butchering sourced in HK locally.. ❤️😋🐔
